"Becab" (or something similar)...I have heard this word used a lot a lot in France, can anyone tell me what it means?

Here is AlexFrenchGuyCooking saying it on one of his recent YouTube posts:

...when he meets the boulanger (11:59)

I think he is saying impeccable. Which is impeccable in English, but in this context it is used like "great" or "outstanding" - a positive filler word.

Thanks Dave,
now that you have explained it I hear it as "pecab' and 'becap"...Doh!
As you say, a positive (and useful) filler word :-D
