Not sure if this has effected anyone else but I got a shock this month when my Orange telephone bill was double!! I contacted Orange who were so rude, arrogant and unhelpful. They told me to ring my Bank who confirmed that the previous bill had not been paid as Orange had a problem with their mandate.
Just thought I would let you all know in case this has happened to you and to save you the humiliation of having to contact the Orange "helpline"!!!!!
