Prices for barns

A completely unrenovated stone barn about 50 yards away has just come up for sale via a Dutch private seller, who we know only used it to store his caravan and can't have paid much for it. He hasn't done anything to improve it in the years he's owned it. Indeed we have only seen him and his family two or three times. It would be an ideal home for our tractor and I'm sure we could use the rest of the space for something. It has a cowshed and hayloft at one end, a high place in the middle and a tiny "house" that could never be used as such at the other end. It has no land at all. What sort of prices do you think we are looking at? No one could make a dwelling out of it unless they were completely bonkers. No services are connected (though the electricity supply runs right past), and the roof needs repairing. The walls are not too bad but ideally need repointing. Has anyone any experience of buying a similar building recently?
