Permissions for swimming pool
by Martin • Tue 30 Jun 2015 15:23

Does anyone know someone local who can handle the appropriate permits etc for me to install a pool?
Not full planning permission as less than 100sq m.

He's a nice guy but a translator not a planning expert.

Minimum size for a septic tank (fosse septique) is 3000 litres. All installations must conform to DTU64.1 The S.P.A.N.C. technician will verify this. A principle piece is a room without water larger than 7 metres square.

Agreed on both counts Blaudeix , but I know for a fact he has successfully helped several people with various planning applications & permits so Jeanne's suggestion is not without merit. It's also possible that the OP has managed to get it sorted out as the original post was a month ago.
