by moses • Sun 09 Nov 2008 01:51

hi all
being in the food industry i used some lateral thinking and asked one of our uk customers who is french if he would assist me with my language pratice, only catch is iv got to wash up in his kitchen on a saturday afternoon whilst being screamed at by french chefs but at least i get free french lessons!

iv also got a portugese friend on our factory estate now who is helping at dinner times with french only conversation as he was brought up in france until he was 12.

so put yourself about, you never know where that free french lessons coming from.

Very enterprising! Careful tho', the vocabulary you pick up may not be suitable in all situations!
