They have been deleted, but it's almost impossible to stop actual people signing up and posting spam, so they will be back. I've been deleting a lot of bogus users lately and sometimes they are quick enough to span the forum before I can ex them. I clear them up as soon as I can. I read every post so will find and delete them (as will the forum moderators).
I've changed the sign up questions and banned common IP ranges in the countries that cause most of the issues, but these things are often automated and farmed around the world so further spam is inevitable.
Rule number one: never click on the links; the only thing that does is get more spam (and possibly your computer infected).
