carrefours own streaky bacon smoked or naturalat 1euro 14 cents a packet is great :egypt: once tried 'english bacon with the white water and gunge that comes out of it is a no no :hot:

Yuk :no: still think cats are the answer '7 moles dead and no probs in 2 years and the mice they catch is unbelievable 'everyone to there own but i prefer green :angel:

All very worrying 'have lived here 6 years '3 years in the haute vienne and 3years in the cruise 'and have never seen so much felling of trees before :( if this keeps up we are going to be in trouble for firewood or paying very high prices for what is left :no:

My french barn cats have killed 7 moles in two years have no prob now 'think the moles know when thier beat' :woot: love the emoticons :woot: sorry but i hate traps or poison 'i know they can be a pain but i would allways try an alternative to these sorts of method :worthy: :no:

Grasshoppers and cickets are haveing a good year this year 'one of the best for a few years so ime told by the locals .The black ones you describe 'like to hide under the back door mat 'so its a glass and piece of card every morning 'but make sure you put them in a shadey spot 'quite harmless unlike...

The brown Limousin cows [we are surounded here ]plus they are in the field within 3 feet of my kitchen window ;always seem very placid and stand for hours watching my cats being fed and playing 'nothing seems to phase them except when the tractor arrives to feed them 'and then its stampeed time .

Iknow of a couple of situations where poison was used '2 dogs a number of cats and wild life that had eaten the dead mice and rats were killed 'not a nice way to die for anything so :roll: 'i would stick to going to the local marie they always know some one with some dogs who love ratting

Supa u s chedder xtra strong is very good and Frances own brand is almost as good 'but you asked for a french equivalent and i still think its pave correzian 'crunbly and strong .
