After six wonderful years of owning a holiday home in the Creuse we have very reluctantly had to sell it. The final signing of the papers takes place at the end of November. My youngest daughter cried when we had to tell her that we were selling it and my teenage daughter just shrugged her shoulders...

I also poped into my Marie and spoke to his sectarey. She marked the whole form where I had to fill it in, sign and date it. Once that was done the process was a lot quicker.You also had less chance that it would be sent back with a not complete and go through the whole process again.
