I have found Mondial Par Brise at Gueret to be very good -

All my chips have not been in the driver's area of vision and were done under my insurance. Mondial did all the admin. All I had to do was give them my carte grise info and insurance info.

It all depends how you approach your life in the Creuse. If you have a "get involved2, "can do" positive attitude, then you will be successful.
